調查溫斯坦警探 曾建議原告刪手機紀錄
曼哈頓檢察署17日透露，在製片大亨溫斯坦(Harvey Weinstein)性侵案中，負責調查的警探曾告訴一名原告，把手機交給檢察官前刪除裡面的檔案，可以避免洩露穩私。
NBCNEWS報導，根據檢察官喬安‧伊魯齊-奧邦(Joan Illuzzi-Orbon)致溫斯坦的律師布拉夫曼(Ben Brafman)的信件，指控溫斯坦的兩名原告之一說，她曾擔心把手機交給檢察官，因當中有不想別人知道的信息。
檢察官說，市警局警探狄古迪奧(Nicholas DiGaudio)告訴該受害人，在交出手機前可以刪除那些檔案。
伊魯齊-奧邦在信中說，該女子沒有接受這些建議，完封不動地交出與溫斯坦聯繫時使用的所有手機。
溫斯坦被控五項性侵犯罪名，訴狀稱他2013年在曼哈頓酒店的房間內強暴一名女子，及在2006年強迫另一名女子性交。
檢方撤銷溫斯坦六項控罪的其中一項後，透露這一令人尷尬的事件。伊魯齊-奧邦承認狄古迪奧曾指導一名證人如何作證，但後者的證詞似乎與受害人露西亞‧艾文斯(Lucia Evans)的記憶有出入。艾文斯對溫斯坦的一項指控上周被撤銷。
補充保費年繳298萬 七旬包租公奪冠
【台灣醒報實習記者貝薈涵台北報導】七旬「包租公」蟬聯5年補充保費繳費冠軍！衛生福利部中央健康保險署承保組科長李春娥20日在記者會上表示，民國106年補充保險費收入為447億元，比105年增加了4億元。個人貢獻補充保險費最多的，則是台北市信義區七旬「包租公」，共繳了298萬元。李春娥解釋，「包租公」是將辦公大樓租給公司，因此租金收入有1億多萬元。
為了擴大保險費基，並提升保費的公平性，政府於102年實施二代健保。二代健保將保費分為「一般保費」與「補充保費」兩種：「一般保費」是以經常性薪資所得為主，而「補充保費」則是針對高額獎金、兼職所得、執行業務收入、股利所得、利息所得，以及租金收入，另外收取2%的健保補充保費。
衛福部健保署20日公佈，106年全年補充保險費收入為447億元，較105年增加了4億元。在447億元的收入中，以雇主負擔項目為最高，約239.6億元，占53.5%。一般保險對象繳交補充保費為207.8億元，占46.5%。
若再細探保險對象6類補充保費收入，則以股利所得為最高，約91.3億元，占43.9%，其次依序為獎金56.2億元，占27.1%；租金26.8億元，占12.9%；兼職所得16.9億元，占8.1%；利息所得10億元，占4.8%，以及執行業務收入6.6億元，占3.2%。
李春娥表示，在6類補充保費的單項繳費最高者，都是年齡介於40-70歲的男性，而個人貢獻補充保險費最多的是台北市信義區一名七旬「包租公」。這名「包租公」去年的租金收入大約是1億5600萬元，補充保費共繳了298萬元，蟬聯5年補充保費繳費冠軍。問及為何可以有這麼多房產，李春娥解釋，只有個人租給公司，才會收取補充保險費。換句話說，「包租公」可能在好的地段擁有辦公大樓，並租給許多公司，因此才會有這麼多收入。
另外，李春娥提到，保險對象的利息所得扣繳補充保費門檻，自105年起，由5千元調高至2萬元，再加上106年無需補開利息2萬元以下扣費單位未就原扣繳的補充保費，因此，106年以利息為主的補充保費收入較前年減少13億。
