為普悠瑪亡者哀悼選舉活動暫停

中國時報【李義、林和生、楊漢聲、陳可文╱綜合報導】

驟然發生普悠瑪列車翻覆重大事故，高屏澎東縣市長候選人大多宣布停止競選活動，並挽袖捐血，為亡者哀悼、為傷者祈福、也為台灣加油。

民進黨澎湖縣長候選人陳光復競選總部21日剛成立，晚間即發生重大死傷的車禍，陳光復陣營緊急開會，立刻發布通報於23日前停止所有競選宣傳活動。

國民黨高雄市長候選人韓國瑜22日挽袖捐血，表示要求黨籍候選人暫停競選活動3至5天，表達對傷亡者的哀悼。

民進黨高雄市長候選人陳其邁也在第一時間宣布暫停競選活動，高雄市議會議長康裕成也暫停原訂的競選活動。

競選連任的屏東縣長潘孟安及國民黨屏東縣長候選人蘇清泉皆不約而同宣布暫停公開競選活動；他門也挽袖捐熱血，盼一同為傷者祈福、為亡者致哀。

台東縣長候選人饒慶鈴及劉櫂豪也都暫停競選活動，幫忙協助死傷及傷者來處理後續事宜。

川普對中興釋善意換中國對美農品讓步紐時：恐開惡例

中國和美國接近就中興通訊和農業關稅達成共識。接近兩國談判代表團的知情人士透露，美國對中興通訊的制裁解除，將換來中國不再對包括大豆在內、價值數十億美元的美國農產品徵收懲罰性關稅。

據「華爾街日報」14日報導，兩國達成的相關共識還包括：中國可能會放寬對美國農產品的非關稅限制(例如進口質量檢查等)，以及中國會加速對高通收購恩智浦半導體案的審核。

但相關知情人士警告，最終的協議尚未達成，也可能隨著談判的進行而崩潰，尤其美國方面在對待中國應持怎樣的態度的問題上嚴重分歧。

美國商界人士擔心，川普總統受財長米努勤陣營的影響過大，將與中國迅速達成協議，選擇削減貿易赤字，放棄使中國在智慧財產權和投資規則上和美國達成全面協議的要求。

在中國國務院副總理劉鶴15日來美前夕，川普總統突然向中國示好，在推特發文說，習近平主席和他正在共同工作，為中興通訊提供一條快速恢復業務的途徑，否則中國會流失太多工作崗位，他已指示商務部完成這項工作。

知情人士說，這條推文令川普幕僚圈大感震驚，而且也沒有經過跨部門的政策討論。作為近期美中貿易談判的美方領隊，米努勤是有關中興通訊決策的關鍵人物。

網路媒體Axios曾援引三名知情人士說，在美方5月初前往北京談判的第二天，米努勤把大部分美方談判官員安排在休息室，自己與中方進行了單獨會面。換句話說，他將川普的貿易代表團「邊緣化」了。

對於川普總統可能受米努勤影響，對中國電信大廠中興通訊伸出援手，「紐約時報」報導，此舉可緩和美中貿易緊張，但放過因違反美國制裁禁令而受罰的中興，恐開惡例。報導指出，川普的推文，與美方不斷指控中國貿易作為不公平的調性有些不搭。川普擔心中國就業不保，和他誓言為美國奪回中國搶走的就業機會，自相矛盾。

「華爾街日報」說，有華爾街觀察家懷疑，川普政府想把中興制裁案當作籌碼，迫使中方在其他貿易談判上立場軟化。
