白天場勘無異狀 夜遊廢墟男屍突現…

大膽的網友常會舉辦「試膽大會」、「廢墟探險」等方式，前往各處廢墟、鬼屋來一探究竟，臉書「鬼故事夜遊團」經常舉辦到各地廢墟、靈異地點夜遊的活動，也時常遇到許多靈異事件，然而去年一場夜遊，卻讓他們一行人直接遇上「屍體」，當場全員傻眼。
據鬼故事夜遊團團長黎清源解釋，當時原本出團地點是礁溪，後來因某些原因才改到這次頭城新峰瀑布附近的廢棄水源地，白天去場勘時也一切正常，雖然該處有很多兩層樓高的矮房，但並沒有看到任何樓梯，確認安全後就離開了。

沒想到，晚上一行人夜遊時，走著走著卻突然發現通往二樓的樓梯，隨著好奇心上樓才看到，其實二樓路小條又沒圍欄，擔心危險就讓團員們下樓，就在樓上只剩4到5名團員時，突然有人大喊「有屍體！這裏有屍體」，仔細一看，不遠處真的有一具屍體躺在床架上，頭上牆壁放著疑似金紙，腳邊則有插香的飯。
緊急報警後，警方判斷該具男屍死亡時間超過2週，現場無打鬥痕跡，身體也無外傷，身分則待調查。團長黎清源更說，出團128次從沒遇過這樣的情況，而且回想當下，一直有聽到腳步聲從樓上傳來，感覺有很多人朝著團員走來，可是二樓卻完全沒人，十分詭異。

深澳煤電民眾反彈 新北「不發許可」
【台灣醒報記者鄭羿菲台北報導】深澳燃煤發電廠環差案雖通過了，但還差一哩路，新北市環保局長劉和然15日在記者會表示，「新北從2017年起將不再核發新設的生煤許可，且ㄧ定堅持到底。」即便2025年機組到位，仍面臨「無煤可燒」窘境。環保署長李應元則回應，「會再積極與新北溝通。」民進黨立委劉建國也不認同地說，深澳預計2025年運轉，環保署副署長詹順貴不應急於一時投下那關鍵的贊成票，引起民眾質疑政府治空污的決心。
並位在新北市的舊深澳燃煤電廠已於2007年除役並拆除，台電預計在原址新擴建電廠，引進「超臨界」機組，但一度因居民抗議而停擺，經過多年台電再次計畫引進「超超臨界」燃煤機組，並預計2025年運轉，因此必須經過「環境影響差異分析報告」，最後在身為主席的環保署副署長詹順貴投下關鍵的贊成票，讓深澳電廠擴建案通過，也引起社會嘩然。
李應元15日在立法院解釋，深澳電廠的環評在12年前就通過了，此次環差案並非新設電廠，採用超超臨界燃煤機組更能有效降低污染，包括硫氧化物的濃度從50ppm降低到15ppm，排放量也從4420噸減為1438噸、氮氧化物濃度也是從50ppm降低到15ppm，而排放量則從3176噸減少到1734噸，至於PM2.5則從25微克降為8微克，整體都是降低的。
但李的解釋卻無法說服部份綠委，劉建國說，「深澳電廠環差案的正反票數相同代表爭議過大，詹副署長有必要投下關鍵的贊成票嗎？有沒有顧慮到人民的感受？」他認為，深澳電廠預計2025年運轉，若不差多開一次會議釐清爭議的時間，實際上不必投下贊成票，讓外界產生莫大質疑。
劉建國舉例，政府這些年花很多資源推廣使用低污染的電動車，因此在人民心中已經認定柴油車造成的污染大於電動車，即便在柴油車上裝設「超超臨界」零件，理論上讓柴油車的空氣污染排放量幾乎等同於電動車，人民在情感上能再度接受推廣柴油車嗎？
對於深澳電廠環差案通過，雙北都「非常不滿」，劉和然15日召開記者會下重話說，「新北市長朱立倫已在2017年宣示不再核發新設的生煤許可，新北市一定會堅持到底。」簡單來說，就算深澳電廠建置完成，新北市只要不發許可，就成為「無煤可燒」的蚊子電廠。李應元則回應，會再積極溝通。
