小孩染流感帶病毒較久傳播期可長達10天

（中央社記者陳偉婷台北22日電）嬰幼兒是流感重症高危險群，台大醫院小兒部感染科主治醫師呂俊毅說，兒童是流感易感族群，感染後較易發燒，研究也顯示小孩體內帶病毒時間比成人長，傳播期更可長達10天。

季節性流感是因感染人類流感病毒所引發的呼吸道疾病，多數國家每年均會發生週期性流行，目前季節性流感是指感染H1N1、H3N2的A型流感病毒或B型流感病毒。在台灣，流行期約從11月至隔年3月間，在農曆春節前後達到高峰。

台灣疫苗推動協會秘書長、台大醫院小兒部感染科主治醫師呂俊毅今天在記者會表示，每年全世界每5人就有1人會得到流感，因流感病毒具有高度變異性，很容易導致大流行，且傳染力極強，最新研究發現，流感患者不需咳嗽，僅單純呼吸就可讓流感病毒微粒懸浮於空氣中導致傳散。

呂俊毅也指出，小孩更是造成流感流行的關鍵，從健保資料統計，0至4歲小孩急性上呼吸道感染和流行性感冒就診率是全年齡之冠；小孩染流感後發燒比例也最高，研究發現，95%14歲以下小孩會因為流感發燒，但成人得到流感不見得發燒。

不僅如此，呂俊毅表示，小孩感染流感後，病毒停留在身上的時間最久，比成人約多出4天；根據衛生福利部疾病管制署資料，罹患流感者，在發病前一天到症狀出現後的3到7天都可能傳染給別人，但幼童的傳播期更長，可以長達7到10天。

根據疾管署季節性流感防治工作手冊，流感的可傳染期因人而異，研究發現，成年感染者在發病前24至48小時就開始排放病毒，但量較低，病毒排放的高峰是發病後 24至72小時，直至發病後第5天。但免疫不全者，排放病毒的期間可能達數週或數月；兒童也較早開始排放病毒，且量較多，時間較久，最長可達21天。

施打流感疫苗是防範流感最好的方式，政府今年提供的3價疫苗涵蓋H1N1密西根株（與2017年一致）、H3N2為新加坡株（取代2017年的香港株）、B型為維多利亞株系列的克羅拉多株（取代2017年的布里斯本株）。四價疫苗則多了B型山形株。

呂俊毅指出，有些民眾對流感有迷思，如認為流感季還沒來，可等快要流行了再打疫苗；但流感流行無法預期，打完疫苗需要2週才會產生保護力，還是應該儘早施打。

民眾可能較易輕忽B型流感，呂俊毅說，B流過去在台灣也有造成流行，且B型也有導致重症風險，民眾可考慮接種保護力更廣泛的4價流感疫苗。（編輯：黃于）1071022

青年月薪4萬8慘遭劈腿理由超傻眼

該網友表示，自己23歲月薪4萬8，每天認真工作，犧牲一切就是為了照顧好女友，甚至一天只吃一餐，還包辦所有的家事「我花多少時間，體力、睡眠就是為了給妳好生活，而我有時候下班很累了，只希望妳擁抱我說聲辛苦了，妳卻說快去做飯，我到底是妳的誰啊？」

而最後女友還劈腿了同事，更誇張的是，理由竟是「沒時間陪我，存不了錢，沒未來！」讓原PO怒喊「我在忙妳在睡覺，常常看日出，繼續去公司，這分手的原因真的太瞎了吧！」

聽完這綠光罩頂的悲慘故事後，不少網友紛紛留言安慰原PO「不懂得珍惜的人，會讓你學聰明的」、「辛苦你了」、「算了啦，他抱怨你48000存不了錢，那他劈腿的同事25000又能存多少？」但有不少網友好奇到底甚麼工作在23歲時會有4萬8「做什麼工作23歲就4萬8，讓哥學一下」、「啥工作一年可以從35000跳到48000？」
